About AutoMove

AutoMove arranges vehicle transport out of US auto auctions — Copart, IAA, ADESA and Manheim — to dealers and auction buyers anywhere in the lower 48.

Who we are

AutoMove is a service of Countrywide Express Inc. We work with independent and franchise dealers who buy at auction, and with buyers moving a single unit off a salvage lot. Our whole business is the run between an auction yard and where the vehicle needs to be.

How the job actually works

We arrange the transport; a carrier hauls the vehicle. We do not own trucks. When you book, we place the vehicle with a carrier running that lane, and we confirm the carrier’s cargo insurance before the vehicle is dispatched — that policy is what responds if something happens in transit.

Saying this plainly matters more to us than sounding bigger than we are. If you have shipped a car before, you already know that most of what goes wrong is a communication problem, not a truck problem.

What we have built

Every yard, with real distances

A page for each Copart, IAA, ADESA and Manheim location in the country, with the yard’s address, hours and road distances to the cities around it — measured, not estimated.

A weekly price read

The Dealer Lane Report publishes market ranges on twelve auction lanes every Monday, so you can see where rates moved before you ask anyone for a number.

What we will not tell you

We quote ranges, not single figures, because a lane price moves week to week and a number that sounds precise is usually just a number someone made up. We would rather tell you we need to check than guess and be wrong. A late answer is recoverable; a wrong one costs trust once and permanently.

Call (708) 888-0557, email quotes@automove.us, or start with the quote form — it asks for everything we need to price the lane. Dealers moving inventory should start at Vehicle Transport for Dealers.
