AutoMove delivers trusted vehicle shipping from all ADESA dealer auction locations throughout the United States. Owned by Carvana and operating over 55 facilities nationwide, ADESA is one of the premier wholesale vehicle remarketing networks in North America — connecting licensed dealers, fleet managers, rental agencies, and commercial consignors through weekly live sales, Simulcast events, and the ADESA Clear digital auction platform. Unlike salvage-focused auctions, ADESA specializes in higher-quality wholesale and off-lease inventory, making reliable transport even more critical for protecting your investment. AutoMove carriers coordinate directly with ADESA facility staff to manage vehicle pickup during designated load-out windows, ensuring a smooth handoff from auction lane to transport trailer. Whether you won a clean-title sedan at a Wednesday consignment sale or secured fleet vehicles through DealerBlock, we handle the logistics from any ADESA location to your dealership or home. ADESA pickup: how a vehicle gets released
A carrier cannot take a unit off an ADESA lot without a release. This is what has to be in place before a truck arrives.
1. The vehicle is paid for. ADESA releases a unit once the purchase is settled on your account. Storage can start when a vehicle stays past the pickup window on your sale documents, so it pays to arrange transport the day you buy.
2. You have the gate pass. The gate pass comes from your ADESA account, under your purchases. Send it with your quote request, or as soon as you have it. The driver has to show it at the gate.
3. The driver checks in at security. The driver presents the gate pass and a photo ID and gives the transport company name. Some locations add their own steps, and a few off-site lots ask the driver to text on arrival, so we confirm the rules for your location before dispatch.
4. Pickup happens in office hours. Most ADESA locations release vehicles on weekdays during business hours and are closed at weekends. Each location page below lists its address, phone and hours.
