What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted. Written to describe what this site actually does — not a template.

Who “we” means
AutoMove is a service of Countrywide Express Inc. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Countrywide Express Inc, and “the site” means automove.us.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote
The quote form asks for the pickup location, the delivery location, the vehicle’s year, make and model, whether it is operable or inoperable, open or enclosed transport, your preferred ship date, your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and any notes you add.
Submissions are stored on our server and also emailed to us, so we can price the job and reply to you.
When you use the contact form
Your name, email address, subject and message — stored and emailed the same way.
When you simply read the site
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read. It loads only after you interact with the page, or after a few seconds — not the moment you arrive. Google sets its own cookies and receives your approximate location, device and browser. We see reports, not individual identities.
- Server records. Our web server keeps standard logs — IP address, page requested, time, browser — and the site keeps its own error log. These exist to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.
- Spam protection. Our forms carry a hidden field and a timing check that catch automated submissions. They collect nothing about you.
We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on this site.
Why we use it
To price the lane you asked about, to arrange the transport, to reply to you, and to keep the site working. That is the whole list. We do not build marketing profiles from quote requests.
Who else sees it
- The carrier assigned to your vehicle. This is the important one. To collect and deliver a vehicle, the carrier needs the pickup and delivery details and a way to reach you. Booking transport necessarily means sharing that with the company doing the driving.
- Our email provider, which carries the messages between us.
- Google Analytics, as described above.
- Anyone we are legally required to tell, if it ever comes to that.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or list sellers.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as they are useful for serving you and for our own business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
- See or delete what we hold. Email quotes@automove.us and say what you want. We will need enough detail to find your record.
- Correct something. Same address.
- Analytics cookies. Block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to stored submissions is limited to us. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.
Children
This site is aimed at vehicle buyers and dealers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with information you have already given us.
