<p>Yes. Cargo coverage comes from the motor carrier that transports your vehicle — that is how auto transport works industry-wide, and the carrier’s policy is what responds to a damage claim. AutoMove does not dispatch a load to a carrier without active cargo insurance, and we confirm it before pickup. Limits vary by carrier, so if your vehicle needs a specific limit, tell us and we will match you accordingly.</p>

Yes. Our carriers are equipped with winch-loading capability to handle inoperable vehicles. Please indicate your vehicle's condition when requesting your quote.

You pay a small deposit to confirm your booking, and the rest to the driver at delivery. For an auction pickup the deposit is due when you book; for a move planned ahead, it is due when we confirm your price, about 3–5 days before pickup.

The deposit is paid to AutoMove by Zelle or card, and it starts the search for your driver. If we cannot assign a driver within 4 business days of receiving it, we refund it in full. The balance goes to the driver when your car arrives, in cash or by Zelle.
